At Bklyn Hippy Studio, every piece is crafted with care and creativity. We want you to love your order as much as we loved making it.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All of our custom apparel and made-to-order products (including screen printed, embroidered, or specialty pieces) are final sale.

Because these items are made specifically for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.


However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.



How to Report an Issue

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:


  1. Email us at therealbklynhippy@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Include a clear photo of the item and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to help resolve it.


 

Non-Custom Merchandise

For non-custom or pre-made items (like lifestyle accessories or limited edition drops), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as:


  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
